FAQ

What are the advantages of training at Phase 5 over training at a “big box” gym?
Training at Phase 5 has many advantages over training at a “big box” gym. We are a semi-private studio. You’ll never have to worry about somebody watching you or judging you. Whether you’re working out one-on-one or in Fit Camp, you’ll also always have access to certified personal trainers to make sure you’re training in the most safe and effective way.

What do training packages include?
All clients will receive a free, no obligation consultation with our owner, Todd Heritage, to determine the best plan to meet their goals. Private 1-on-1 training packages include personalized training lasting 45-60 minutes along with nutritional counseling and monthly reassessments. The Fit Camp program includes eight group training sessions a week lasting 45-60 minutes as well as 4 eTraining options in your inbox each week to do on your own.

How do I know what option is right for me?
Have you ever worked out on a regular basis before? What are your short term and long term goals? What is your schedule and budget for working out? If you’re not sure what option is right for you or you just want to jump start your workout, contact us for a free, no obligation consultation. We’ll tour the gym, discuss your past experience, goals, take a fitness assessment and help determine what plan is best for you. Contact us today to schedule your consultation!

What are the benefits of hiring a personal trainer?
The personal trainers at Phase 5 are fully certified and constantly expanding their knowledge on exercise and the latest trends in fitness. With a certified personal trainer, you get a customized workout designed to push and motivate you to meet your own goals. Whether it’s losing 15 lbs* or training for your first race, our trainers will create a plan just for you.

Do I have to pay a monthly membership?
Unlike many gyms with monthly dues and sign up fees you pay whether or not you workout, many of Phase 5’s program are based on how often and how long you come in. Your monthly rates for personal training are based on the number of sessions you sign up for and the length of commitment.
